Orders

Pre-orders are often possible when a product is out-of-stock but a restocking is imminent. A target shipping date will always be specified as a reference, but unforeseen consequences can change this date.

A pre-order can always be cancelled as long as the order didn't ship for a 100% refund.

Do note that if any product in your order is a pre-order, the remaining products will not ship until the pre-order product ships.

When I have information about timing, it will be noted on the product page. When there is nothing there, there is no information I can share yet.

Yes you can! If you are subject to VAT, make sure to provide the exact name of your company and your VAT number so I can make a proper VAT invoice. EU businesses outside of Belgium will be able to buy intra-community at 0% VAT.

All payments are processed using the secure platform of Mollie. Your connection to our website and the platform is encrypted and no card numbers or otherwise sensitive information is stored or passed to our server.

Your order confirmation email has the invoice as an attachment. If it didn't, or you didn't receive the email, please contact me with your order number using the contact page.

Shipping costs depend on the country you are ordering from and what you are buying, more specifically the weight of the products. Definitive shipping costs are shown at checkout.

When purchasing a pre-order product, the product page will generally note how long the pre-order period lasts and how long the lead time is. These timings are an estimate and it may take longer to effectively ship the product.

When you buy a product that is made to order, the lead time should also be stated on the product page. This is an estimate and depends on how many orders n3rdware gets, but it is pretty precise.

A product that is in stock will generally ship after 1-2 business days.

Returns & warranty

Customers from the European Union can return an item within 14 days of receiving the product without reason, provided that the product is still in perfect condition. Buyers are responsible to ship the product back to n3rdware. If you want to return a product, please contact me on the contact page and include your order number and product(s) you wish to return. You can find your order number on the invoice of your purchase.

n3rdware offers 1 year of warranty against defects that origin from manufacturing errors. Damage that is caused by the buyer or by improper use of the product is not covered by this warranty. Contact n3rdware on the contact page if you wish to claim your warranty.
