Orders
Pre-orders are used when a product requires a minimum order quantity. In order to create cases at a realistic price, I will need to craft multiple at once to keep material cost at a minimum. This means that I will let pre-order periods last for a while before starting the manufacturing, if enough orders have been reached.
The pre-order period is always stated on the product page of a pre-order product. If the minimum order quantity is not reached by that time, you will be 100% refunded.
In exceptional cases, the pre-order period can be closed prematurely when more order are coming in than I can realistically produce.

When I have information about timing, it will be noted on the product page. When there is nothing there, there is no information I can share yet.
Payment
Payment can be done through Paypal. Paypal allows you to pay with all major credit cards and debit cards, even if you don't have an account.
All payments are processed using the secure platform of Paypal. Your connection to our website and the platform is encrypted and no card numbers or otherwise sensitive information is stored or passed to our server.

Shipping costs depend on the country you are ordering from and what you are buying, more specifically the weight of the products. Definitive shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Do note that shipments outside of the European Economic Area may be subject to import taxes. Paying those taxes is the responsibility of the buyer.

When purchasing a pre-order product, the product page will generally note how long the pre-order period lasts and how long the lead time is. These timings are an estimate and it may take longer to effectively ship the product.
When you buy a product that is made to order, the lead time should also be stated on the product page. This is an estimate and depends on how many orders n3rdware gets, but it is pretty precise.
A product that is in stock will generally ship after 1-2 business days.
When a product is shipped, it will depend on the destination country when it arrives at your door. As a reference, here's an estimation per region:
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- United States & Canada: 10-20 business days
- Rest of the world: 15-20 business days
Add customs clearance to that for any country outside of the European Economic area.

Returns & warranty
Customers from the European Union can return an item within 14 days of receiving the product without reason, provided that the product is still in perfect condition. Buyers are responsible to ship the product back to n3rdware. If you want to return a product, please contact me with the contact form below and include your order number and product(s) you wish to return. You can find your order number on the invoice of your purchase.
n3rdware offers 1 year of warranty against defects that origin from manufacturing errors. Damage that is caused by the buyer or by improper use of the product is not covered by this warranty. Contact n3rdware with the contact form below if you wish to claim your warranty.
